Defective items may be replaced within 60 days of purchase as long as they meet our defectives return policy.
If an item is shipped back and deemed defective, you can opt for a refund or to have the item replaced/repaired. It is at the discretion of the product manufacturer whether the item is replaced or repaired. If an item is shipped back and deemed not defective, you will incur the cost to have the item re-shipped to you.Â
Defective Notes:
Normal wear and tear items are not considered defective.
General Merchandise:
Items returned as defective must exhibit proper care and use.
Footwear:
Toe wear is considered the result of normal use and is not covered by warranty. If the tongue of a shoe tears or separates it should be repaired and is not considered defective. Eyelet rips on shoes are due to excessive pulling on the laces and are not considered to be defective.
Goalkeeping Gloves:
Palm wear is considered the result of normal use and is not covered by warranty. There is no guarantee as to the last and durability of goalie gloves.
